I am an LMFT and founder of The Wellness Connection, a multi-clinician practice in Loudoun County, VA. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and relational therapy. I primarily work with adults and couples presenting with trauma histories, anxiety, depression, grief, and attachment-based relational patterns, with a focus on insight-oriented clients seeking depth-oriented treatment. I have 15 clinicians and 1 Psychiatrist in our practice, most are whom are EMDR trained and we treat kids as young as 3 through adulthood and offer multiple modalities including Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Energy Healing.
